Hosting your area’s weather data is simple.

The pricing structure to do this is as follows:

The cost for us to maintain the web pages for your area is $195/month per station. This is paid either annually or bi-annually in advance. For the first six months that new station is online the fee is $250/month.

Calculators and special customized web pages can be created as needed. Additional fees apply.

We also advise you to work closely with the IWMS to configure web pages as needed.

What does the $195.00 per month, per station get you?

The IWMS performs the following specific services as part of the maintenance and posting of the weather station data that is part of the online weather station network:

• The IWMS owns the software for downloading and posting the data. The software also calculates the ET and other data that is posted on the website.
• The IWMS owns, repairs, and upgrades the computer equipment for operating the network.
• We have a dedicated phone line for dialing up the individual weather stations and pay the long distance charges to do so.
• We pay monthly web hosting fees for the website.
• We pay website design companies to make necessary changes and updates to the site.
• We pay for irrigation technical experts to monitor the incoming data to ensure accuracy and to answer questions from users by phone and email.
• We pay the required overhead expenses to operate the office that monitors and controls all of the above.
