The
Landscape Weather Network is a resource for both
homeowners and professionals.
It is a network of weather stations that provides timely and accurate*
data for use in scheduling sprinkler systems. Click on your local region
from the links below and then find the weather station nearest your site.
This site and the weather station network is maintained through the efforts of the Irrigation Water Management Society, local utilities and the owners of the local weather stations. At this time there are 6 stations online in the Puget Sound area. We are seeking to expand this as stations become available. There is no charge to access this information. The fees for the ongoing maintenance of this portion of the website and the weather station network are paid by utilities and others with connections to the weather stations. If you are interested in seeing your weather station's data on this site please contact the IWMS.
* Note
As with most technology, weather stations and the technology that ties
it all together, are sometimes victims of malfunctions. Occasionally the
weather data produced and posted on this site might be temporarily
inaccurate. Please check the data being used for obvious errors.
(for example: if the ET one day is .13" and the next it is 300" then
caution is advised)
